Refund Policy
Vibecoding is operated by KIWCO (5th Floor, Horizon Centre, Gurgaon — 122002, India) under the brand name ClickFQ. We sell credits, not subscriptions. Here is how refunds work.
The headline rule
We do not refund credits once AI tokens have been charged against them. The moment your chat message is sent to the AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc., via Vercel AI Gateway), we have paid that provider on your behalf. Those funds are gone and cannot be returned to your wallet — for any reason, including unsatisfactory output, incomplete responses, abandoned projects, or accidental sends.
Unused credits
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. "Unused" means the credits are still sitting in your wallet at the moment you request the refund — you have not spent any of them on chat tokens or feature wiring.
If you have spent any portion of the topup, only the strictly-unused remainder is refundable, at our discretion. After 7 days, credits remain in your wallet and never expire — but they are no longer refundable.
Used credits — non-refundable
- AI chat tokens. Once a message is sent and the model responds, the credits are spent. No refunds, no exceptions — including for poor output, errors in generated code, or sessions you decide not to continue.
- Skeleton feature wiring. Once a feature is included in a successful build and deployed to your site, those credits are non-refundable. The work was delivered.
- Image generation, AI completions, and other inference calls. Same principle — once the provider has been paid, the credit is gone.
Failed builds
If a build fails before the site is deployed, the feature-wiring credits debited for that build are refunded automatically to your wallet (look for a "Refund: build failed at …" line in your transaction log).
AI chat credits consumed during the conversation that led to that build are not refunded. Those AI calls returned successfully — the failure was in our build pipeline, not in the AI provider, and we have already paid the provider.
If a build succeeds and deploys but you are unhappy with the result, the feature credits are not refundable.
Duplicate or fraudulent charges
If Razorpay charged you twice for the same topup, or you see a charge you did not authorise, email us immediately at info@clickfq.com. We will investigate and refund duplicates within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email info@clickfq.com with:
- The account email you signed up with
- The Razorpay order id or payment id (visible in your dashboard transaction log)
- A short reason for the request
We acknowledge every request within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
Please contact us first before raising a Razorpay or card-issuer chargeback — we would much rather resolve it directly, and chargebacks fees end up costing everyone.
