Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Vibecoding at vibecoding.clickfq.com, a service operated by KIWCO ("we", "us", "our") under the brand name ClickFQ, with registered office at 5th Floor, Horizon Centre, Gurgaon — 122002, India.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Vibecoding is a self-serve website builder. We help you provision and deploy a Next.js website built on the ClickFQ skeleton, using your Supabase project for the database and your Vercel account for hosting. You retain full ownership of your deployed code and infrastructure.
Eligibility & account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at info@clickfq.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access — we acknowledge within 48 hours.
Acceptable use
- Don't build sites that violate any law in your jurisdiction or in India.
- Don't build sites that infringe third-party intellectual property.
- Don't build sites designed for phishing, malware distribution, fraud, gambling without licence, or adult content where prohibited.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Don't resell access to the service or share your account with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Credits and billing
- Vibecoding is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription fee. You only pay for credits you choose to purchase.
- Credits are purchased in packs via Razorpay. Pack prices are shown at checkout in INR; international cards are accepted and your bank handles the FX conversion.
- Credits are consumed when you use the chat (per-token, debited at the moment the AI provider returns a response) or wire skeleton features into your site (per-feature, debited when you click Build).
- Credits do not expire.
- Daily caps apply for safety; email us to raise them.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your infrastructure
You provide your own Supabase + Vercel credentials. You pay those providers directly for their services. KIWCO is not responsible for outages, billing disputes, data loss, or content on your infrastructure. We act solely as an automated tool that provisions and deploys software to accounts you authorise us to access.
Your content
You retain all rights to content you create through Vibecoding (text, images, configuration). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service (e.g. send chat messages to the AI provider, deploy code to your hosting). We do not claim ownership of your output and do not use your content to train AI models.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantees. We may take the service down for maintenance with reasonable notice where practical. Vibecoding depends on third-party services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Razorpay) and their outages may affect functionality.
Intellectual property
- You own everything we deploy to your infrastructure on your behalf.
- The ClickFQ skeleton is licensed to you for use in sites we provision; you may not redistribute it as a standalone product.
- Our trademarks (ClickFQ, KIWCO, Vibecoding) remain ours.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors — review it before publishing.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIWCO's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the total credits you have purchased in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold KIWCO harmless from any claim or demand arising out of (a) your use of the service, (b) content you create or publish through it, or (c) your breach of these Terms.
Termination
You can stop using Vibecoding any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for sustained inactivity (after notice). Unused credits are refundable per our Refund Policy. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
